At Woodcraft Rangers, you help the next generation develop new skills, build friendships, and find their passions. Whether you’re a Club Leader teaching Robotics to eager 3rd graders or a Camp Counselor leading team-building, every role is essential to our mission of guiding young people as they explore pathways to purposeful lives. As they learn, grow, and thrive, so will you.

Together, we offer TK-12 youth development and outdoor education programs for tens of thousands of students across the greater Los Angeles area and the Inland Empire each year. Come join us!
