Eliana Mancilla

Director of Learning & Development

Eliana Mancilla, is a dynamic professional with over a decade of experience serving in diverse roles at various child and family-focused agencies, including Children’s Home Society of California, California Pediatric and Family Services, and Child 360. At Woodcraft Rangers, Eliana oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of staff training programs, early learning initiatives, and parent engagement programs, as well as a team of 10 trainers. In her role, Eliana has elevated the work of Woodcraft Rangers, setting the standard within the field of expanded learning.

Eliana holds a Master of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies, and Bachelor of Science in Child Development from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
